The undergraduate programs (systems engineering, industrial engineering, engineering management) offered by the UA department of systems and industrial engineering are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org.
ABET accreditation assures a quality education in the professions for which students are training. ABET accredits only postsecondary degree-granting programs housed within regionally accredited institutions. It does not accredit degrees, departments, colleges or institutions. Accreditation in the United States is a voluntary, nongovernmental periodic peer-review process.
